The first step is the extruder, which is the first process of making continuous tubular objects from raw material plastic particles. It is also an important link in the entire production process. Through the extruder, the conversion between particles and finished products can be achieved. At present, Suzhou Feibo is equipped with multiple extruders that work 24/7. Different extruders have different work arrangements and will be adjusted according to the actual situation of customer orders;
Next is the expansion machine. After the above extrusion steps are completed, external processing irradiation is carried out. After the irradiation is completed, the heat shrink product has a shrinkage effect, and then it is expanded, which is the inner diameter of the heat shrink tube. When customers receive the finished product for use, they heat it to shrink it to the extrusion state. At present, Suzhou Feibo has two types of expansion machines: glycerol expansion machines and glycerol free expansion machines. The former is a traditional production equipment and the choice of most manufacturers in the industry, while the latter is more advanced. The difference is that the latter does not require the use of glycerol, which is more in line with the current environmental call.
